An Experienced and Passionate Autonomous Robotics Engineer
I am an experienced robotics engineer who is familiar with both hardware and software development. At GovTech, I am one of the 2 robotics engineers who develop the custom autonomous navigation stack for Boston Dynamics Spot. As such, I am familiar with the entire robotics development ranging from mechanical system design and power distribution system to SLAM and autonomous navigation. As trained in mechanical engineering, I am familiar with SolidWork which is a CAD software used widely in engineering. I have hand-ons experience programming microcontrollers and developing autonomous robotics software stacks using C++ (11/14/17) and Python with popular robotics framework such as Robot Operating System (ROS) and Nvidia's Isaac SDK. I have also been exposed to deep learning in computer vision such as Object Detection and Semantic Segmentation to further enhance the perception capability of the autonomous robot. As an avid robotics engineer, I strive to continuously improve my skills to be a full stack robotics engineer who can develop the entire robotics system.
Apart from the technical expertise, I am also experienced in project management and leadership. I have led many technical robotics projects throughout my career.

Autonomous Robots || WebApp
Over the past few years, I have developed autonomous robots and some webapplications. Some of these are developed during hackathons which I have won some awards. I believe in a systematic approach where hardware and software work together. Due to these experiences, I am equipped with expertise to develop autonomous mobile robot in both hardware and software.

Supperjio
Hack and Roll 2017
This mobile web application helps to collate late night meal or supper orders for a popular supper restaurant near NUS. A user will generate a customised URL link that is shared with other users. Those with access to the link are then able to view the menu and make their orders. A consolidated order list is generated on the fly as well as how much each person needs to pay.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) Social
SIA App Challenge 2017
It is a mobile social platform for passengers on board the same flight to connect with one another who share common interests. Users start by scanning the barcode on their air ticket and are then presented with a seat map of their plane. They can then view their fellow passengers social media profiles and find out if they have anything in common that they wish to converse about.It uses HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and SQL.

Cleeque
Orbitals (NUS Independent Computing Project)
This is my first web development and first big programming project. It is a productivity web application that helps to find common free time slots for NUS students. Users can upload their iCalendar files downloaded from NUSMODS and edit their free time slots accordingly. It uses HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and SQL.

Leadership || Project Management || Teamwork
Apart from my engineering work, academic excellence and projects, I am also active in extra-curricular activities. Since young, I have held several learship positions which have allowed me to hone my leadership, management and teamwork skills.
